Bucktown, Metairie, LA

Project type

New Construction

Date

2023/24

Location

Bucktown, Metairie, LA

This Bucktown home was one we built to sell. When EZ Builders builds to sell, we design with you in mind. This particular home was designed with a larger family in mind. It boasts an open concept for a large family to gather and dine. With the children in mind, we selected a mudroom by the door to catch all that life brings in and out of the home. All beds are up, and the office is down, for work and home, all in one beautiful space. There is beauty around every corner.

What Our Clients Say

James is great to work with. He has subcontractors that he trusts to do work correctly and at reasonable prices. He stays on top of the work to get it done efficiently and on time. When problems arose on the job, he was responsive and quick to fix the issue even if it meant he fixed it himself. Couldn’t ask for a better GC, looking forward to the next project with EZ.

James and his crew did a great job for us! Great communication along the way and the work was done on schedule! Very happy with the final result!

Can’t speak more highly of EZ Builders NOLA. Their team was professional, reliable and their attention to detail was impeccable. They stay on schedule and are in constant communication with their clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy builder!

James built our house and did such beautiful work and had such unique touches, especially with wood features, that it stood out among everything else we had been looking at in the area. We’ve only loved the house more the two years we’ve lived in it. And they’ve continued to be great to work with, going above and beyond with any needed touch-ups, add-ons and recommendations for other people to work with. Couldn’t recommend them more!

The absolute best. Hands down.

If you’re looking for a contractor who truly cares about the quality of his work and his clients, I can’t recommend James Dominguez highly enough. From the very beginning of our home-building journey to the final walkthrough, James and his wife, Kim, exceeded every expectation.

James’s professionalism, exceptional craftsmanship, and incredible work ethic were evident throughout every phase of the project. He was honest, dependable, and paid close attention to every detail, ensuring our home was built with the highest standards of quality.

Kim was equally invaluable in managing the business side of the project. Her organization, efficiency, and excellent communication kept everything running smoothly. She was always quick to answer questions, provide updates, and make sure we felt informed and supported throughout the entire process. Together, they make an outstanding team.

What impressed us most was the personal investment they both made in our satisfaction. They genuinely cared that every aspect of our home met our expectations and treated the project as though they were building it for their own family. Their dedication, integrity, and commitment to excellence made what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable.

Thanks to James and Kim, we are now living in our dream home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work, professionalism, and genuine care, and we recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to build or renovate a home. If we could give more than five stars, we would!!!

It is difficult to put into words how much I truly appreciate EZ Builders and the care and attention that they put into building our home - not only from the very beginning of the process when all we had was land and a general idea of what we wanted, but also after the build was complete. This was our first time building a home, and this was seemingly going to be the biggest and most stressful project we have ever taken on. EZ Builders, however, truly made it so much more manageable than I anticipated, never overwhelming me but instead guiding me incrementally through the decision-making process. I have had so many people relay horror stories about building, and my experience could not have been more opposite. I actually really enjoyed it and had so much fun getting creative and inspired with the team! They really took the time to understand my aesthetic and even added to my project by making suggestions of things we could do to make our home even more beautiful and functional. There were also times that I asked for things that I figured would be too difficult to make happen, but they truly made every effort to make my vision come to fruition, often in a creative way that did not cause an exorbitant increase to the budget. I cannot recommend EZ Builders enough as, not only did they go above and beyond to build our home into something that was more amazing than I could have ever dreamt, but they are also just genuinely good people that truly care about making you happy in your home.
